Maggie Mae has worked sheep, cattle and poultry.
She is a great dog on cattle but has had to learn to be more
gentle with sheep. She always has her master's back and
likes to drive stock away rather than gather.
Maggie Mae grips on the hock to tell the stock to
move, and never barks when herding, but she uses quiet growling
to get their attention.
She is attentive to the rules, watches gates, and
returns escapees to the pen. She is more gentle on babies
- doesn't even try to move them. Loves and "shepherds"
them.
Maggie Mae is pretty laid back, barks to announce the arrival of
strangers but never bothers anyone when they get out.
She sounds like an awesome all round Farm dog with a lot of
heart.

Sounds like she's got a lot of oomph, well, balanced with the
desire to nurture.
