Honey works sheep and poultry.  She can easily move her flock of sheep by gathering, or driving- although she prefers to gather.  She is very gentle and nurturing with babies, and adjusts her herding to be gentle with them.

Honey has a great nose for hunting vermin and woodchucks.

Honey has a very even temperament,  she loves to do as her master pleases.  Honey is very good at reading her master's face and movements and the behavior of the animals that they are working.  Honey is a "right hand man" when it comes to getting things done on the farm.

Honey announces the arrival of strangers, but does not show aggression to them unless they pose a threat.
