Bud is a very laid-back guy with power and presence. He is incredibly smart and lives to please his master. He learns well with “on-the-job” training. He has had no formal herding instruction but his natural desire to be a team with his master and his herding instinct make him a useful stockdog on his Angus cattle.

He has strong guardian nature and sees all critters that live on his farm as part of his pack.

He will tree critters that don’t belong on his farm. He is disinterested in strangers.
