Jazz is a weekend herder who is earning her stripes in stockwork with off-the-farm venues. She has worked sheep and shows promise in herding ability. She is typical of the English shepherd style with sheep, working upright and using dominance behaviors to control their movement.

She is responsive to her owners but has her own opinions.  Jazz loves babies of all types and has protected a baby bird from the cat.She chases away predatory birds, resents the intrusion of strange dogs and announces the arrival of strangers.

Jazz will tree squirrels intently.  Jazz is a fairly active girl but will eventually lie down to rest.
