Taffy is a moderately-active dog with nice all-around experience on the farm.  She modifies her working style to successfully herd cattle, sheep or pigs, but struggles a bit with stubborn goats.  She is protective of her owner’s safety when working stock.  While she lives to keep the balance on the farm, she’s got a great off-switch and all of her livestock are comfortable with her among them when she’s not moving them.

Taffy loves routine and knows when something is “off” with her stock even while inside the house.  She will enforce the rules when told to by her owners, even putting other family dogs she would normally defer to back in line.  Visitors are announced with barking, but she’s friendly once introduced.

Vermin of all sorts are actively hunted by Taffy, and she’ll dispatch them without eating them.  She trees until called off, climbing the tree if possible.
